HOW WE'RE HANDLING COVID-19

Our top commitment is to ensure the safety of our guests and our staff as we make the transition in opening our dining areas. We have an active plan in place to ensure the lowest possibility of risk for our guest or staff members.  

CLEANING, SANITIZATION, & DISINFECTING
We have increased our already strict clean procedures to include more hand sanitizer stations, a frequent disinfection routine that includes: door handles, public surface areas, table tops, pens, seats, restrooms, condiments, and check presenters. It is our promise and commitment that we will stay diligent in our updated cleaning plan to reduce the risk of pathogens.

TEAM MEMBER WELLNESS
All employees are asked to check in with the manager to ensure they are not experiencing symptoms or have had no direct contact with anyone with symptoms. We will then provide our staff with a ‘safe to work’ sticker so all our guests know they have been reviewed before any interactions. Any employees that are ill will not be allowed in the building.

SOCIAL DISTANCING PROCEDURES
The most effective way we can reduce the spread of contagious viruses while ensuring our ability to continue to serve our guests is to guarantee that we follow CDC, state, and local requirements and recommendations to keep guests safely spaced apart. We are asking that guests not congregate in waiting areas while their table is being readied.

PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT
We encourage our staff to wear mouth coverings unless local or state government requires it then it will be mandatory. Gloves will be used continuously, as well as, proper hand washing.
